Since we got invited to someone else's house for Thanksgiving, I never got to cook our turkey. It's been sitting in the freezer since November.
We finally cooked it today. We had stuffing and potatoes. It was good. Now I'll get my sandwich, my leftovers, bones for soup and more. I can make turkey disappear and not waste a bit.
Matthew had a drumstick (of course). After dinner we went for a walk around the lake and then drove for ice cream.

Sounds good to me! What lake do you live close to? Hope it was warmer when you went walking after eating all that turkey than it was today here in Fort Worth!
