Erin and Ryan had fun at the park. Kyla and I will take them back there again sometime.

Aquarium Day

Kyla was great yesterday. She took a big nap and sat through dinner. She woke up a little cranky today, at the equivalent of 4:15 am, PST. We're hoping for a nap in the car.

We're going to the downtown aquarium today. Should be fun.

Weekend Update

Matthew and Kevin went bowling on Saturday while I attended a genealogy thingy. Kevin has discovered the local drive-up crawfish shacks. He brought 5 pounds of mudbugs home and he and Matthew ate them on the back porch for lunch.

For dinner, we tried a new restaurant. Matthew had sushi for dinner. The dish was called Texas roll, and it had cooked beef in it. He ate all eight pieces. We'll be going back there.

On Sunday night, Matthew broke the computer rules and lost access to his favorite game. He's been stomping around the house ever since.

That's Mr. CIPM to you

Kevin received his letter in the mail today that says he is authorized to use the CIPM (Certificate in Investment Performance Management) designation. He passed the test in December, but there's a period where they check qualifications and make sure you're legit.

This means that now he can put the letters after his name. We also must kiss his CIPM ring when his hand is presented. There's also a secret handshake but us mere mortals will never know its power.
